Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping
- •All orders are prepared with care and in an artisanal manner.
- •We ship mainly within Spain and Europe. For other destinations, please contact us beforehand to confirm availability and costs.
- •Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. Possible customs charges or taxes on international shipments are the customer's responsibility.
- •Each shipment is packed with care to ensure your candle arrives in perfect condition.
Returns
At Kefi Studio we want you to enjoy your candles, but as they are handmade products with an artistic and decorative purpose, it is important to note that:
- •Some candles may burn unevenly, which is part of their character and is not considered a defect.
- •Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects or damage during transport.
Return conditions
- •The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.
- •Candles must be unlit, unhandled, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
- •It is mandatory to contact us beforehand via email: hi.kefistudio@gmail.com, indicating the reason for the return and providing the order details.
- •Once the product is received in our workshop and its condition verified, the corresponding refund will be processed.
- •The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase and will not include initial shipping costs.
- •Kefi Studio reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned products have been received or until the customer has presented valid proof of return.
- •Damage during transport must be documented with photos upon receipt of the package to expedite processing.
- •Personalized candles or special projects cannot be returned, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Return shipping
- •The customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return the item, unless the return is due to a Kefi Studio error.
- •We are located in Barcelona, Spain. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for a returned product to arrive may vary.
- •For greater security, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment, so that the return arrives correctly to our workshop.
- •To ensure your return arrives in perfect condition, use the original packaging.
Cancellations
- •It is possible to cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped.
- •If you wish to cancel an order, send us an email to hi.kefistudio@gmail.com as soon as possible to confirm if we can process it.
- •Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel it, as it will be on its way to you.
